Shoma, founder of Boston-based SHaque Designs, loves to see urban landscapes that bring life, color and joy to people’s gardens.  A member of the Association of Landscape Design Professionals, Shoma is a Massachusetts Certified Horticulturalist and a Certified Massachusetts Master Gardener. She earned a certificate in native plant studies (Native Plant Trust), and also holds a Master’s in Urban Planning (MIT).  She has an award-winning garden that has been showcased on garden tours, including the Garden Conservancy Open Days.  Shoma is active in her community as a member of the Landscape Committee of the Loring Greenough House.  She lives in Jamaica Plain with her family.
